We don’t like small print (like this!), but we have to say that by booking with us you agree that:

• payments are non-refundable, we recommend you take out holiday insurance to cover cancellation;
• your booking is for a holiday only;
• we don’t take a damage deposit, but you will pay for breakages; and
• you will leave the cottage clean and tidy, by 10.00am on the day of departure.
